Drew Perry, 25 years old , is a serious entrepreneur. At
age 14, he spent a month in Idaho with Chris Verhaegh learning
to think differently. During his high school years he learned
many valuable lessons while managing the family farm. Then
at age 18 he went from managing the farm to managing renters.
After gaining some great real life lessons, he decided
to owner finance the rentals. He listed 10 of the houses
on eBay and sold them all in one auction to an eBayer in
San Diego. Drew currently teaches real estate investors
how to create passive residual income by selling houses
on eBay and sells ebooks online.
What he did with real estate allowed his dad to leave his
job in corporate America.
